2017年11月7日，江苏省发展与改革委员会文件《江苏省发展与改革委员会关于认定2017年度生产性服务业领军企业的通知》（苏发改服务发[2017]1319号]公布了江苏省生产性服务业领军企业百家第二批19个企业名单。苏州科环环保科技有限公司被认定为领军企业。

为指导企业紧扣行业升级引领发展方向，2016年江苏省发改委出台了《江苏省生产性服务业百企升级引领工程实施方案》（苏发改服务发[2016]694号）文件，力争使企业在生产性服务业前沿技术、先进模式和新兴业态领域取得突破。这次认定是继2016年认定了24家企业后的第二次认定，现共认定了43家企业。

On November 7, 2017, Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission published the list of 19 enterprises in the second batch of 100 leading enterprises in the producer services in Jiangsu Province in the document Notice of Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission on the Identification of Leading Enterprises in Producer Services in 2017 ( Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission Service Department Issue No.1319-2017). Koovine Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. is recognized as a leading enterprise.

In order to guide enterprises to closely follow the direction of industrial upgrading, in 2016, Development and Reform Commission of Jiangsu Province issued the document The Implementation Plans of Upgrading Project of 100 Leading Enterprises in Jiangsu Provincial Producer Services Industry( Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission Service Department Issue No.694-2016), aiming to encourage enterprises to make breakthroughs in the filed of frontier technologies, advanced models and emerging formats of producer services.
